Personalization's

Please be sure to include the item selected and the item number under special instructions.
Please be as specific as possible on any requests! This allows me to be as accurate as possible! It will be the designer's choice of flower type and greenery based on design and availability. If you are trying to match particular décor, send me a picture, and I will attempt to match the colors! However, if you have a request, please include it under personalization, and I will use the recommendations to the best of my ability.
Process & Policies

I send two pictures of the unique custom pieces, such as table sprays/centerpieces/casket sprays and corsages. The first picture is to confirm the color palette (flower color choices) to ensure it's what you envisioned. The second and final photo will be of the finished arrangement. If an approval photo is not answered, this will extend your item's processing times. If an image is not approved before the ship-by date, I will open the date as much as possible to allow time for the customer to review and back photos. Suppose an approval photo is still not replied to after a completion date extension and attempts to contact. In that case, I will design, finish and ship the arrangement with the information/personalization request. Approval photos ensure a customer loves their product or can request edits if needed. Please note that customized/personalized items are non-refundable.

Privacy & Safety
When you complete a transaction on our site, payment information and associated contact information are collected by payment processors acting on our behalf, including payment processing services with whom you may have an account. We do not store payment card information, though if you choose to create an account with us, we receive and store the last four digits of your card and the expiration date, as well as a token that allows us to charge your preferred card in the future, on our network. If you pay for a transaction using a service with whom you have created an account, that service may store and use your information according to its privacy policy. We use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the data we collect through the Services. While we use these precautions to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee the security of the new systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or operate on our behalf.
